You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all luxury tags and seals intact.
2. Proof of Purchase
Please ensure that your return includes the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without documentation may experience delays or may not be processed.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will notify you immediately via email regarding the status of your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
